ello and welcome to today’s card, which feature’s the Power of Hope Bundle from the 2020 Sale-A-Bration Catalog! While I will admit I was kind of on the fence about this bundle when I first saw it, even though I really wanted the embossing folder, the more super cute projects I saw with this bundle, I decided to get it! Isn’t that always the case? You aren’t quite sure and then you see all these super cute cards and then you just have to have it, lol! So, why not make a super cute and easy card that is all about embossing?
The base layer is a piece of Copper Foil Sheet, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”, and embossed with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder:

For the card front, you will need:
1. Cut a 6” piece of Copper Trim and use your fingertips/nails to fray the ends.
2. Cut a 3” x 4 ¼” piece of Basic Black cardstock, stamp the temple and lantern stamps in Versamark ink, and heat set with Copper Emboss Powder.

The embossed base layer is adhered to a Basic Black cardstock card base, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½” and scored at 4 ¼”. The Copper Trim is adhered to the back of the copper embossed cardstock and then adhered to the embossed base layer, slightly turned:

For the inside, cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock at 4” x 5 ¼”, stamp the sentiment and maple tree in Versamark ink in the opposite corners, and heat set with Black Emboss Powder:

Wasn’t that so easy?? This is a great way to create a special card for someone to not only give them encouragement, but to let them know that you are thinking of them! I just love the effect of embossing on a card!
