Today’s card is brought to you by the Tutti-Frutti Suite from the 2018 Occasions Catalog! I just cannot get enough of this suite and the cuteness you can create! When I set out to create another card from this suite, I first looked at all the paper from the 6″ x 6″ DSP stack to really get inspired, what do you think?
The card base is in Lemon Lime Twist card stock, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”, the base layer is in Whisper White card stock, cut at 3 ½” x 3”, and the layering DSP 3 ¼” x 2 ¾”. Using the pear outline stamp from the Fruit Basket stamp set, randomly stamp in Lemon Lime ink around the card base, then stamp the pear and stem stamps in Lemon Lime Twist ink and Soft Suede ink on the card base as well. On a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock, stamp the pear and stem stamps three times in Lemon Lime Twist and Soft Suede inks, punching out with the coordinating pear punch from the Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack, and then stamp the sentiment in Real Red ink, cutting out using the 2nd smallest oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits. Cut a 6” piece (or however much you would typically use) of the Daffodil Delight Double Stitched Ribbon and tie into a bow.
For the assembly, I attached the DSP to the Whisper White card stock base layer and then adhered the Oval Stitched Shape Framelit in the middle. I randomly adhered the pears with Mini Glue Dots around the Oval Stitched Shape Framelit and then adhered the Daffodil Delight bow with Mini Glue Dots in the bottom right corner. This was then adhered to the card base with dimensionals. Isn’t this such a cute, quick, and easy card to make? This would be perfect if you have several cards to make, only changing up a few things as needed.
