Hello and welcome to today’s card, which is my first card creation featuring products from the 2020 Sale-A-Bration Catalog! I don’t know about you, but I always look forward to the new Sale-A-Bration Catalog and this year is another hit! I mean, who doesn’t love to earn free products?? The very first “must” on my list, was the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set, Lily Pad Dies, and the Lily Impressions DSP! I used all these items and the Sending You Thoughts stamp set from SAB as well. I just love the bright and cheery colors in the DSP and in case you didn’t notice, but the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set is reversible! What that means is, one side is the solid or “background” and the other side is the detailed. Really makes stamping so easy, just stamp, clean, and flip over to use the other side! These stamps are not designed to “line up exactly”, but are just slightly off to give it that “artistic impression” to coordinate with the DSP.
For this card, I used this design from the DSP, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”:

For the card front, you will need:
1. Enough Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle ribbon to tie around the DSP, into a bow.
2. On Whisper White cardstock, stamp the stamp lily background stamp in Flirty Flamingo ink, use Lovely Lipstick ink for the detailed side, and then cut out with the coordinating die, making three flowers. To give these a little sparkle, I lightly used the Wink of Stella pen to color over.
3. Stamp the sentiment on Whisper White cardstock in Blackberry Bliss ink and cut out with the third smallest Stitched Nested Label Die.
4. Use the fourth smallest Stitched Nested Label Die to cut out a piece in Blackberry Bliss cardstock to layer under the sentiment.

To assemble the card front, I tied the ribbon into a bow towards the bottom of the DSP, adhered the layering sentiment pieces together and adhered to the DSP, and then adhered the lily’s with glue dots:

This completed piece is adhered to a Highland Heather cardstock card base, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, and scored at 5 ½”:

For the inside of the card, cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock at 4” x 5 ¼”, stamp the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink, and adhere a ¾” strip of DSP along the bottom:

Don’t you just love this Lovely Lily Pad bundle?? The paper reminds me so much of the Perennial Essence DSP and how it looks just like a painting! Since the DSP design I chose is so stunning, I decided to keep the accents simple. Don’t forget that you can earn each of these items for FREE with a qualifying purchase! This bundle will definitely coordinate perfectly with the many sentiment stamp sets Stampin’ Up has to offer! The Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration catalogs go live January 3, 2020, so get your wish lists together!!
