Hello and welcome to my final card this week featuring the Myths & Magic Suite from the 2018 Occasions Catalog! Ok, I will admit that not everything is from the suite on this card, but I just couldn’t help myself! I just had to make this super WOW card with the Sunshine & Rainbows Bundle because who doesn’t need some Unicorns, Glitter, and Rainbows?? This card is really easy to make, the hardest part was figuring out how I wanted the clouds on the lower part of the card and how to position the unicorns and the rainbow with dimensionals so they really stand out.
The card base is in Thick Whisper White cardstock, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”, and the base layer is from the Myths & Magic Specialty DSP, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”.
The clouds are from the Rainbow Builder Dies, using Glossy White cardstock and the Myths & Magic 6 x 6 Glimmer Paper in iridescent.
The rainbow is cut out using the Rainbow Builder Framelits in Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Night of Navy, and Elegant Eggplant cardstock.
The unicorns are stamped in Memento Ink, with one colored the same as the rainbow and the other colored in with Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz, Pool Party, and Sweet Sugarplum Stampin’ Write Markers. Both are cut out with the coordinating die from the Magical Mates Framelits.
The sun is stamped in Crushed Curry Ink and then cut out with the coordinating die from the Sunshine & Rainbows Bundle. The sentiment is heat embossed in White Embossing Powder and then cut out with the smallest circle Stitched Shapes Framelits.
To put this all together, the clouds, rainbow, and unicorns are all adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals and everything else is with adhesive.
