Hello and welcome to the Stamp It Group’s Thanksgiving Blog Hop! My name is Christina Miller and you are visiting my blog, Christina’s Creative Corner. Whether this is your first stop on the blog hop tour, or you have hopped on over from another blog, thank you for letting me share my card creation with you today!
When it was time to decide which stamp set and/or bundle for my fall and Thanksgiving Themed cards, the Gorgeous Leaves Bundle was a must for me! I not only loved the stamp set, but I also had to have the coordinating dies, because who doesn’t love detailed die-cut leaves? Lol! The Gorgeous Leaves Bundle did not disappoint and for my first card with this bundle I will show you how I created this super cute and easy card!
The base layer is Crumb Cake cardstock, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”, spritz with water before embossing with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder, and use a Blending Brush with Sahara Sand to lightly give the embossed cardstock depth:

For the rest of the card front, you will need:
1. Use the largest layering Stitched So Sweetly die to die-cut from Very Vanilla cardstock and use the large splatter background stamp to stamp in Coastal Cabana ink three times, second and third generation off set to the right and left.
2. Use enough Gold Shimmer Ribbon to tie around the base layer into a double knot.
3. Use four of the intricate leaf dies to die-cut from Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Coastal Cabana, and Crumb Cake cardstocks.
4. You will need three Gilded Gems, one in each size, not pictured.

I adhered the die-cut Very Vanilla cardstock to the embossed base layer, tie the gold ribbon into a double knot, and adhere the large Cajun Craze die-cut leaf with a glue dot. I used glue dots to adhere the rest of the die-cut leaves, placed the gilded gems, and adhered this completed piece to an Early Espresso cardstock card base, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, and scored at 5 ½”:
For the inside, cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock at 4” x 5 ¼”, stamp the sentiment from Well Defined in Early Espresso ink, and use Stampin’ Write Markers in Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake, and Cajun Craze inks to color the trio leaf stamp to stamp along the bottom:

I really like the pop of color with Coastal Cabana combined with the earth tone color of Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, and Crumb Cake! While I made this card for my Thanksgiving Day card stash, you can easily use this for any occasion with your favorite sentiment on the inside!
