Hello and welcome to today’s card, that is a fun birthday card made with the Daisy Lane and Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set! When I set out to create this card, I already had an idea about what I wanted to do with the daisy and leaves, then thought combining the All Wired Up background stamp and the Corrugated Embossing Folder would be perfect! I also decided to go with more fall-like colors since Fall is right around the corner!
The base layer is Very Vanilla cardstock, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”, stamped with All Wired Up in Early Espresso ink, and I used my Stamparatus to help getting that completed look as in the past I’ve missed a spot or two. The next layer is Calypso Coral cardstock, cut at 3” x 4”, and embossed with the Corrugated Embossing Folder:

Additionally, you will need Very Vanilla cardstock to stamp the large daisy in Calypso Coral ink two times, punch those out and two more that are blank, stamp the leaves four times in Old Olive ink and fussy cut out, stamp the sentiment in Calypso Coral ink and punch out with the 1 1/8” Scallop Punch, layer Gold Foil under the sentiment with the 1 3/8” Scallop Punch, and then one of the Perennial Essence Centers for the daisy:

To assemble:
1. Adhere two of the leaves together at the top and two at the bottom to create the base for the daisy.
2. Adhere all four daisy pieces together with liquid glue, the two stamped daisies on top and the two blank pieces on the bottom, and then the floral center. Adhere the daisy on top of the leaves.
3. Adhere the corrugated cardstock to the base layer.
4. Adhere the daisy piece with liquid glue to the corrugated cardstock and then adhere the sentiment with a dimensional.

This completed piece is adhere to an Early Espresso cardstock card base, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, and scored at 4 ¼”:

The inside is Very Vanilla cardstock, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”, the sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso ink, the stem is stamped in Old Olive ink, and the daisy is stamped in Daffodil Delight ink with Calypso Coral sponged on around the edges with Calypso Coral ink:

Don’t you just love the All Wired Up background stamp?? This can give your card a totally different look! I really like how the strip of corrugated cardstock accents this card so nicely!
