Happy Wishes

Hello and welcome to part 5 of this week’s Sale-A-Bration spotlight on stamp sets! Today I created two quick and easy cards with the Happy Wishes stamp set! You can earn this free with a qualifying $100.00 order and if you are looking for a stamp set with lots of saying, this is it! But don’t delay, Sale-A-Bration ends tomorrow, Saturday March 31st!

Happy Day card:

The card base is Berry Burst cardstock, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 5 ½”, and the base layer is Berry Burst Foil Frenzy Specialty DSP, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”.

From the Myths & Magic 6” x 6” Glimmer Paper, cut at piece of the iridescent paper 2” x 5 ¼” and punch the end out with the Banner Triple Punch.

On a piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp the “happy” stamp in Basic Gray Archival ink, color the leaves with Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Write Marker, and the flowers are colored in Blushing Bride, Berry Burst, and Rich Razzleberry inks. I used the Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker but used a Blender Pen with the Berry Burst and Rich Razzleberry inks since the markers were too dark for me. The “day” sentiment was stamped in Berry Burst ink. This is then cut out with the 2nd largest Lots of Labels Thinlits and I used some Snail on the back to adhere some Silver Metallic Thread.

To put this card together, I adhered the glimmer paper with Fast Fuse to the Foil DSP layer, adhered that to the card base, and adhered the sentiment in the middle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

With so many sentiments from this set, the greetings are endless! What I love about these cards is how quick and simple they were to create and the added sparkle of glitter and foil papers!
