Hello and welcome to today’s card, which not only features the Country Home stamp set, but one of the new embossing folders from the Holiday Catalog, Stylish Scroll! I just love this embossing folder and I will be using it for my Halloween cards, but I thought today I would not only combine it with a stamp set you may already have and give the embossed cardstock a different look with heat embossing!
The base layer is Highland Heather cardstock, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”, and embossed with the Stylish Scroll EF. I just “dragged” my Versamark pad across the embossed cardstock, sprinkled Silver Emboss Powder, and set with my heat tool:

You will also need this design from the 2019-2021 In Colors 6” x 6” DSP in Purple Posy cut at 2” x 5 ¼” (this was left over from another card I made, ready to use!), the sentiment is stamped in Gray Granite ink on a ½” scrap of Whisper White (you know those leftover strips when you cut your WWCS down to 4” x 5 ¼”), used the Banner Triple Punch on the end, stamp the jug in Memento ink, color along the edge and bottom with Light Smoky Slate, the next layer in with Dark Gray Granite, and the middle the Light Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends, I used Light Purple Posy just a little in the middle, and then blended with the Color Lifter, the top piece is stamped in Memento ink and colored in with Dark Gray Granite, Light Granny Apple, Dark Highland Heather and Dark Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends, fussy cutting both pieces:

The DSP is adhered to the embossed base layer, the top flower piece is adhered to the jug, the sentiment is adhered behind the jug, and this completed piece is adhered to the DSP with dimensionals:

This completed layer is adhered to a Gray Granite cardstock card base, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, and scored at 4 ¼”:

The inside is a 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Whisper White cardstock, the flowers from the card front are stamped twice along the bottom in Memento ink and colored in with the same Stampin’ Blends:

Super cute card!! You can easily make this more of a “fall theme” by just changing the colors. What do you think of the new embossing folder?? This really is versatile, I see it being used for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! And them some!! Don’t forget the new Holiday Catalog goes live on September 4, 2019!!
