Hello and welcome to today’s card, which is a quick and easy going away card featuring The Gang’s All Meer stamp set! Recently, my husband asked me to make a going away card for a co-worker that will be leaving and what perfect card to make for everyone to sign, then with this super cute stamp set? I also used my Stamparatus to help with a little masking, which was super helpful for lining up the stamps!
The base layer is this design from the Garden Lane DSP, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”:

For the masking of the Meer Cat popping out of the ground, I first used the second largest Stitched Nested Die to cut out a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and stamped the image in Memento ink. I stamped the image again on a piece of masking paper, trimmed it out, placed on top of the stamped image, lined up the group of Meer Cat’s, and then stamped in Memento ink:

For the rest of the card front, you will need:
1. Stamp the sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and punch out with the Classic Label Punch. You will also need to punch out another piece in Mossy Meadow cardstock and cut in half, this will be layered under the sentiment.
2. Color the Meer Cat’s in using Stampin’ Blends: Bronze around the inner outline and Ivory to color in, Light Crumb Cake along the ground, and Light Seaside Spray around the bodies and heads.
3. Use the largest Stitched Nested Die to cut a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock, this will be layered under the Very Vanilla cardstock.

Adhere the Stitched Nested cut-outs together and then adhere to the DSP base layer. Adhere the punched pieces together, with the Mossy Meadow cardstock poking out from each end, and then use Mini Dimensionals to adhere to the DSP base layer:

This completed piece is adhered to a Mossy Meadow cardstock card base, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, and scored at 4 ¼”:

For the inside, cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock at 4” x 5 ¼”, stamp the sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings in Mossy Meadow ink (either mask the second layer of the sentiment or use a Stampin’ Write Marker) and stamp the Meer Cat in Memento ink, coloring in with Bronze and Ivory Stampin’ Blends, use Light Crumb Cake to color the ground underneath:

Such a cute card that was so easy to make! If you have been thinking about masking with this stamp set, it is so easy and depending on how you are masking, don’t forget your Stamparatus! This stamp set is perfect for card giving from a group!!
