Hello and welcome to today’s card, which is a fun and easy Fall/Thanksgiving card made with Pigment Sprinkles! Ok, it’s messy too! Lol I only used three of the Pigment Sprinkles to create the background and it’s amazing at all the different colors they created! Make sure you have your craft area and hands ready to get messy when we make this card!
The base layer is a piece of the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, cut 3 ½” x 5”, or just cut in half along the 7” side (a full piece measures 5” x 7”). Make sure to use your Embossing Buddy on the paper before you stamp the large leaf from the Gather Together stamp set in Versamark and heat emboss with Clear Emboss Powder:

First spritz the paper with a little bit of water, sprinkle the Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, and Granny Apple Green Pigment Sprinkles on the damp watercolor paper, a little does go a long way, and then spritz with water again until the pigment sprinkles are mixed to your liking:

Before you dry the watercolor paper with your heat tool, if there is any pooling of the ink, use a paper towel to dab any excess liquid:

For the rest of the card front you will need:
1. Stamp the sentiment in Sahara Sand ink, punch out with the Story Label Punch, and use the background stamp in Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, and Granny Apple inks. Punch a layering piece in Sahara Sand cardstock and cut in half.
2. Cut a 10” piece of Gold Shimmer Ribbon that will be layered under the sentiment piece.
3. Four of the large (6 mm) Gold Glitter Enamel Dots:

Adhere the cut Sahara Sand cardstock behind the sentiment so that the top and bottom are slightly sticking out. You may have some side pieces sticking out, use your scissors to trim it down. Place some adhesive on the back of the sentiment piece and then “snake” the ribbon:

The sentiment is adhered to the watercolor paper with dimensionals and then this is adhered to a Sahara Sand cardstock card base, cut at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, and scored at 4 ¼”:

I then added the four large (6 mm) Gold Glitter Enamel Dots:

For the inside, cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock at 4” x 5 ¼”, ink the large leaf in Sahara Sand ink, stamp off first before stamping on the cardstock, and stamp the sentiment in the middle with Granny Apple Green ink:

I just am amazed at all the different colors the three pigment sprinkles created! This truly is a great way to create a unique card, no two would be alike! Another great way to give the watercolor paper some added element is with an embossing folder!
