Hello and welcome to today’s card, which is a quick and fun card made with the Delightful Day Bundle! Recently, my beautiful mother-in-law came out to visit for a couple of weeks and her visit wouldn’t be complete without making at least one card! For her first week, we spent it in the Outer Banks of North Carolina with family and friends and then the second week we spent time in my craft room sharing tips, tricks, product information, and storage ideas! Since she had a special request to make a card for a new home owner, this was the perfect opportunity for her to use some of the new products from the annual catalog. I designed this card for her to show that you can use just a few products to make a cute and easy card in a snap!
The base layer is this design from the Garden Lane DSP, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”:

For the card front, you will need:
1. A Pearlized Doily.
2. Enough Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon to tie a bow around the DSP.
3. A scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp the leaves and stem stamp in Garden Green ink, stamp the flowers in Daffodil Delight ink, and punch out with the Starburst Punch.
4. Cut a piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock at 1” x 2 ¾”, use the Delightful Tag Topper to punch both ends, and stamp the sentiment in Garden Green ink.

Adhere the stamped starburst cardstock to the pearlized doily and then adhere this piece to the DSP base layer:

Adhere the tag sentiment along the bottom of the doily with dimensionals and then tie the metallic edge ribbon into a bow in between the sentiment and the edge of the DSP. Note-I just cut a piece of ribbon long enough to go around the front and around the edge of the backside, tied a bow separately, and then adhered the bow with a glue dot:

This completed card front is then adhered to a Garden Green cardstock card base, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, and scored at 5 ½”:

The inside sentiment is Whisper White cardstock, cut at 4” x 5 ¼”, the sentiment is stamped in Garden Green ink, and I adhered a ¾” x 4” piece of DSP (same design as the card front) along the bottom with snail:

Isn’t this a super cute card?? You can always step this card up a bit with maybe some metallic thread, pearls, or even rhinestones! Don’t forget that you can also color those pearls and rhinestones with Stampin’ Blends to color coordinate!!
