Hello and welcome to today’s card, which is another feature of the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper! Not only is this a quick and easy card, but check out the inside! This sheet of design I cut out all the trimmable pieces and was able to cut and use one for the inside! This is really easy DSP to trim down and I am not good a fussy cutting!! Lol
To make this card, start with a piece of Fresh Fig cardstock, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, and scored at 5 ½” for the card base:
I cut another piece of Fresh Fig cardstock to 4” x 5 ¼” and embossed with the Striped Scallops TIEF for the base layer:
I used one of the smaller pieces of trimmed DSP (3” x 3”) and cut a piece of Rose Glimmer Paper to 3 ¼” x 3 ¼” to layer the DSP on top of:
I used the sentiment from the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set, which I first stamped in Versamark ink, then Fresh Fig ink, and then heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. This is then adhered with liquid glue to the glimmer paper:
Adhere this piece to the embossed base layer and use some Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon to tie a bow across the bottom:
This piece is then adhered to the card base with dimensionals:
For the inside, I fussy cut the edge piece of flowers around the top of the flowers and then cut it at 4”, adhering along the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock:
Another cut and easy card!! You could definitely bling it up some, I’m waiting for my Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems to arrive so I can use them on this fun and beautiful Designer Series Paper!
