Hello and welcome to today’s card, which is a easy “thank you” card, featuring the Tutti-Frutti 6” x 6” DSP Stack, which you can make two cards from one sheet! Since this stack contains four each of the twelve designs, this makes it perfect for creating multiple cards.
The card base is Soft Suede cardstock, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, and scored at 5 ½”:
To make the layering squares, use one sheet of the 6” x 6” DSP stack and cut into 3” x 3” squares, which will make 4 squares, and use two of them. For this card, I left the spotted DSP at 3” x 3” and cut the papaya DSP to 2 ¾” x 2 ¾”. I chose a piece of Peekaboo Peach cardstock to compliment the papayas, cut it to 3 ¼” x 3 ¼”, and then embossed with the Simple Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, using the debossed side for this card:
On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock, I used the sentiment from the Fruit Basket stamp set in Peekaboo Peach ink and punched out with the ¾” circle punch:
To create this card, I started with the embossed cardstock and lined it up with the upper left-hand corner:
Then layer the other two DSP pieces, the 2 ¾” x 2 ¾” towards the bottom right-hand corner:
The circle sentiment is adhered with dimensionals and then I added some Tutti-Frutti Adhesive-Backed Sequins in Pumpkin Pie:
The inside sentiment is from the Sprinkles of Life stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a piece of 4” x 5 ¼” Whisper White cardstock and in the bottom left-hand stamp the basket image (Fruit Basket stamp set) in Soft Suede ink and the sentiment in Peekaboo Peach ink:
Don’t forget, the Fruit Basket stamp set, adhesive-backed sequins, and Peekaboo Peach cardstock and ink are on the retirement list, so you can order these items today by clicking on the products listed below from my online store!
