A Special Couple

Hello and welcome to another day featuring Weddings and Anniversaries! Today’s card was made for a wedding in mind, however, you could change the inside sentiment for an anniversary!

To start, the card base is in Fresh Fig cardstock, cut at 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 5 ½”, and is embossed with the Simple Stripes TIEF:

The base layer is a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, cut at 3 ½” x 4 x ¾”:

Using the Timeless Textures stamp set, heat emboss the image using Champagne Embossing Powder (This is made by combining Gold and Silver Embossing Powders) and then stamp the other image in Fresh Fig ink:

Cut at piece of Very Vanilla cardstock at ½” x 4 ½” and a piece of Champagne Foil Sheet at ¾” x 5”. The sentiment is from the Special Celebrations stamp set, stamped in Fresh Fig ink:

Use the Banner Triple Punch to trim both ends after adhering together:

I placed some adhesive on the back of the sentiment to secure the 1/8” Sheer Ribbon in Fresh Fig. I adhered the base layer to the card base and then adhered the sentiment with dimensionals:

The inside sentiment is from the Special Celebrations stamp set, stamped in Fresh Fig ink, and I used the same stamp from Timeless Texture on the front of the card to heat emboss in Champagne Embossing Powder:

I really love the Fresh Fig and Champagne color combo! You could change the colors on this card to coordinate with a wedding that you are giving this to! What do you think?
